Our Delivery Guarantee
- Each order is thoughtfully handcrafted and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery typically takes up to 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
- A confirmation photo will be provided before dispatch, along with a tracking number once your parcel is on its way.
- All orders are carefully packed and safely delivered nationwide with no hidden fees.
- Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order is not as described, we will gladly provide a refund as per our refund policy.

Post Delivery Responsibilities

We understand the importance of timely delivery and are committed to dispatching all orders within 1–3 business days to ensure prompt arrival. For deliveries within New Zealand, parcels are generally received within 1–5 business days. We strive to provide a seamless and pleasant experience from the time your order is placed through to its delivery.

Upon successful delivery, responsibility for the care and condition of the flowers transfers to the recipient. We kindly request that all order details, including the delivery address, be reviewed carefully before submission, as incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays and additional re-delivery charges. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Refund Policy
- Every pipe cleaner flower is thoughtfully handcrafted with lasting quality in mind. Due to the delicate and handmade nature of our creations, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges once delivery has been completed. We appreciate your understanding and support of our craftsmanship.
- However, we gladly accept returns or issue refunds on the following basis that the wrong product or size is delivered.
- Please note that minor differences, such as slight variations in design or packaging, are not eligible for returns.
- If you are not satisfied with your order, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order at info@petalflorals.co.nz
- We are unable to provide refunds for changes of mind or personal preference. As each of our flowers requires dedicated time and care to create and prepare for shipment, we kindly ask that all selections be made thoughtfully. Once an order has been processed, refunds are no longer available. However, we are happy to offer store credit or assist with rescheduling your delivery when possible.

Order Cancellation
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your order, please kindly reach out to our team within 24 hours of purchase.
- Approved cancellations are subject to a $20 service charge. Please note that after 24 hours, cancellations and refunds are no longer available. Thank you for your understanding and support.
